UPT Studio OS is provided by Circle Company for Photography and Marketing L.L.C. (“UPT House”) for its team, freelancers and clients. By signing in you agree to these terms.

Accounts

• Access is by invitation or by a sign-up request that an administrator approves. We may decline or remove access at any time.
• Keep your sign-in private, and tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account.
• Use the workspace only for UPT House work and only within the access your role gives you.

Content and confidentiality

Briefs, files, prices and client information in the workspace are confidential. Don't share them outside the workspace unless your agreement with UPT House allows it. Ownership of work is governed by your contract or the client's agreement with UPT House.

AI assistants

If you connect an AI assistant, it acts on your behalf with your permissions. You remain responsible for what it does; actions that reach clients or move money always need your confirmation.

Availability

We work to keep the service available and data backed up, but it is provided “as is”, and we aren't liable for indirect losses from interruptions to the extent the law allows.
