Privacy policy

UPT Studio OS is the internal workspace and client portal of UPT House, operated by Circle Company for Photography and Marketing L.L.C. (“we”). This policy explains what we collect when you use it and why.
What we collect
- Account details: your name, email address, role, and optionally phone number and time zone.
- If you use Sign in with Google: your Google account ID, email address and name — only to identify you. We don't receive your Google password.
- If you connect Google Calendar: we read your busy times to avoid double bookings and create events with Google Meet links for meetings booked through the portal. We don't read event contents.
- Work data you or your team enter: projects, tickets, comments, files, time logs, quotes, invoices and payments.
- Security records: sign-in times, IP address and browser, and an audit log of changes.
How we use it
Only to run the workspace: signing you in, showing you the work you have access to, sending notifications (email and Google Chat), scheduling meetings, and keeping financial records required by law. We don't sell personal data or use it for advertising.
Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Who can see it
People in our workspace, according to their role. Clients see only their own projects, approvals and invoices. Our service providers host the data for us: Google Cloud and Google Workspace (hosting, email, files) and Neon (database), under their data-protection terms.
Keeping and deleting data
We keep account and work data while you have access, and financial records for as long as tax law requires. You can disconnect Google Calendar or AI assistants from your profile at any time. To get a copy of your data or ask us to delete it, email idiab@upthouse.com.
Security
Connections are encrypted (HTTPS), passwords are hashed, access is limited by role, and backups are encrypted.
